Abusos Urbanísticos Almanzora NO the expat action support group trying to stop the demolition orders revently issued on eight properties in the town of Albox, Spain are reported to be considering an appeal to the European Court of Human Rights.

Working with the lawyers of the families concerned hope centres around the apparent lack of notification of the initial proceedings and as such:

they were deprived of a proper opportunity to defend the action, and that their human rights have been infringed
